Financial Planning: If for some reason you are not satisfied with our financial planning services, we will refund up to 100% of the fees you have paid for this service. For the Comprehensive Financial Review, this guarantee starts on the day you retain us until the conclusion of our Progress Review meeting. For the Focus Plan and the Express Check-Up, this guarantee starts on the day you retain us until 10 days after the conclusion of our services (the meeting we present to you our recommendations and suggestions).
Portfolio Management: It is illegal to guarantee against a decline in your portfolio’s value. Therefore, our guarantee only covers our portfolio management service. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our management services, we will discount or refund up to 100% of that quarter’s management fees. This guarantee starts on the day you retain us and remains in place as long as you are a client of our portfolio management services.
